Springville Museum of Arts presents their free annual Halloween Event!

Tuesday, October 27th- Saturday, October 31st

In lieu of our traditional event, we've adapted to fit the current COVID-19 guidelines.   We’re excited to be able to still hold an event this year.  This is the first community event we've held since February and we would love to have our community members come and participate throughout the week.

Please see the attached flyer for all the details

Lisa Nissen is an amazing teacher who not only cares about teaching students academics but teaching them how to be better people. She cares about each student individually and loves them for who they are! She is great at recognizing a student’s strengths and for finding ways to reach those who need extra help or support. She is a supportive colleague and is willing to go above and beyond to help anyone who needs it. Her amazing attitude is reflected in her beautiful smile and her students love her!”

Hobble Creek Student Council

One of the responsibilities of our student council includes morning announcements. The student council members meet with Mr. Johnson in the morning to help with announcements, lunch menus and various other items of business. It's a great way for the student council to connect with their fellow students. Great job student council!

Ms. Sayer's 1st grade Butterfly Unit

Submitted by tori.bennett on

Ms. Sayers 1st grade class has been learning about the growth and life cycle of Monarch butterflies.  The students have watched closely as the butterflies change from one cycle to the next and finally to the best part...a beautiful Monarch butterfly!  Each student was able to release one of the butterflies they have been watching in their classroom.  What a fun and exciting project for our 1st graders!
