Sixth grade students came to drama class during recess for many months to produce Shakespeare's "The Tempest" a dance in the play was choreographed by Chloe the assistant director. 

Hobble Creek Students of the Week May 13, 2016 were: Isabel Thomas, Ben Cody, Abigail Wright, Chet Jensen, Ethan Chahua, Keyan Jones, Olivia Webster, Aiden Diamond, Braden Nuttall, Nixon Thomas, Lydia Templeman, Benjamin Winward, Savannah McCulloch, Libby Anderson, Andrew Jensen, Hunter Eddy.

Mrs. Smith's class has spirit !

The Student Council organized the 2016 Penny Wars March 2-6.  This year we raised more than ever before: $3,653.95 which will be matched by Costco.  Over $7,300. will be donated to Primary Children's Hospital.  The student council counted pennies, silver and bills every lunch recess during the week....piles and piles. Mrs. Smith's Sixth grade class won the prize for the most money collected.   Thank you Hobble Creek for your generosity.

The second grade sang and danced four fables: The Grasshopper and the Ant, The Tortoise and the Hare, The Lion and the Mouse, The Boy Who Cryed Wolf.

Libby Anderson, Ben Wheeler, Avery Miller, Brooklyn Asbell, Chloe Ekker, Shyler Mecham, Ashleigh Mousser, Rie Briggs debated at Alta High School at the Elementary State Debate.
