They have been to the zoo, zoo, zoo! First grade students spent the day at the zoo. This year they will be studying animals and insects. In Apil they will be making ceramic insects with artist, Sheri Gibb and the Green Map Art Project thanks to a grant from the Utah Division of Arts and Museums and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Hobble Creek Sixth Grade students put on gloves today to handle ancient artifacts from Mesopotamia, China and other ancient cultures. After examining and learning about the artifacts they were able to make a model out of clay.
