2nd grade field trip to Farm Field Day today. Watching a sheep be shears, seeing baby animals, and learning how our food grows on farms.
Sixth Grade students tried their hand and observational skills at drawing teachers from a black and white copy of school pictures.
Utah Museum of Natural History came to life in the hands of the students as they examined fossils, bones, and rocks.
The first grade performed for the student body at 9:30 this morning and will perform again this evening at 6:00 p.m. The program is delightful as it lifts up the people in our communtiy in gratitude.
On Wednesday, March 30th, several Hobble Creek 6th graders participated at the region science fair, competing against schools from all over Utah. Five Hobble Creek Hawks took home honors and awards!

The sixth grade has been studying the properties of sound and creating instruments that can play differently pitched notes. They formed bands and performed a song for the "Voice".
Fifth grade students researched a famous American to transform themselves into a historic exhibit.
Mrs. Brunt's third grade had a Miss Springville contestant, Brynn Allred, (who is also a former Hobble Creek Hawk) come talk to us today about being a buddy not a bully. My students all signed a pledge to be a friend and we made a poster. They were so excited to meet her and we wished her good luck!
Kindergarten students reported on oviparous animals -egg laying animals and then searched for Easter eggs on the play ground.
