Mrs. Hayes | 5.01 KB |
Mrs. Hayes is a third grade teacher at Hobble Creek. She has been a sixth grade teacher at the school. She is also a student who is learning about English as a Second Language. She is working on a master's degree in education too.
One of the most rewarding times in her classroom was when she had a student who had been home-schooled for several years. It was her first time in a school setting. After Mrs. Hayes realized what gaps she had in her learning she was been able to work with her to help her fill the gaps and feel successful in school .
Mrs. Hayes went to a basketball game to support one of her sixth grade students. She has two recycling bins in her room so that her class can help save trees and earn some funds for the school. Mrs. Hayes is organized and willing to share ideas with her fellow teachers. She has a great sense of humor.
