Third grade went to the Natural History Museum of Utah on Wed., Nov. 16th. The students learned about the first people, land forms, prehistoric life, living things, poison, Utah's Great Salt Lake & Native Americans, and saw some really amazing rocks & minerals. It was a great learning opportunity made possible by the state legislature (free entry to the museum), parent donations (bus costs) and wonderful parent volunteers!  (Kids from each class are represented in the photos.)

A group of boys and girls from Hobble Creek Elementary have been getting up early and coming to school three mornings a week to prepare for a Broadway performance that they presented last week. What a great job students. We know it takes a lot of practice and preparation to perform such difficult musical numbers. We loved it!
