As part of our study of the needs of living things, their adaptations and habitats all the 2nd graders at Hobble Creek have done owl pellet dissections this week. The students were excited to work like biologists discovering what barn owls eat. We also had a visit from live owls presented by the Great Basin Wildlife Rescue.
