Hobble Creek Elementary's STUDENTS OF THE WEEK on Friday, January 31, 2014: Luke Degn, Brody Harrison, Luke Terry, Joshua Hafen, Kaylee Peden, Caroline Killpack, Callie Essner, Samuel Bailey, Lydia Gore, Cooper Murphy, Wynter Smith, Samantha Johnson, Rylin Jones, McKenzie Hoffman, Olivia Penrod, Kayte Conners, Brianna Hardy, Brenden Dusenberry, Paul Terry, and Tyler Johnston.
Hobble Creek Students met a new character at an exciting asembly. Screech the Hawk and bmx bike riders thrilled the student body with fancy bike tricks, messages about making smart choices, and bike riding saftey.

Students created mud cloth using mud from Hobble Creek. The project coincides with the photo exhibit in the halls and is patterned after mud cloth made with mud from the Niger River.
