Snow?.....Hobble Creek Elementary's got snow and lots of it. Here are some pictures of our awesome students enjoying it during lunch recess on Jan. 3, 2017

Thank you Ms. Janet Sant for accompanying all our classes for the annual holiday sing a long on Tuesday, December 20th. Everyone did a great job, even the 6th grades found out it is fun to sing!

Hobble Creek students were treated to an especially awesome opportunity Thursday, December 22nd.  A huge thank you to Mr. Johnson, Larry H Miller Megaplex and Mrs. Julie Warren for providing this opportunity for our school. The students were all able to go from Kindergarten to 6th grade to see the new movie Moana from Disney.

Santa made an early surprise visit to Hobble Creek on Wednesday, December 21st. He dropped by every classroom and shared much cheer and happiness with all the students. It's definately the most wonderful time of the year!

The faculty and staff here at Hobble Creek Elementary would like to wish you all a very happy holiday and New Year. Be safe and see you back in 2017!

 The 5th grade stem class has been learning about and making popsicle stick bridges. They have been studying bridges for several weeks, and this was their final project.  Great job students!

What a treat to have our own outstanding orchestra combine with Mapleton Elementary for a musical presentation this week.

We were lucky to have a visit from the MJHS orchestra and band on Tuesday morning. There are many past Hobble Creek Hawks in the orchestra, band and choir. They have an outstanding, award winning instructors Mrs. Deanne Helquist and Emily Smith. They would love to recruit any graduating 6th graders to join next year. Also, Mr. Kevin Diehl is the choir instructor and is very experienced and talented. He always has a large group of boys and girls in his choirs and he would love any of our graduating 6th grades to consider being in the choir next year.

Thanks for visiting us MJHS. We love it when you come and show off your talents.
